Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, ALL of the following criteria must be met:

RMA Number Required
All returns must have a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. You can obtain an RMA by contacting us via phone or email before sending your item back. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. -
New, Sellable Condition
Returned items must be in new, unused, and sellable condition, including all original packaging, components, and documentation. Items showing signs of installation, wear, modification, or damage may be denied a refund. -
Purchase Invoice Included
A copy of the original purchase invoice must be included with the return shipment. -
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. -
Return Window
No returns will be accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase. -
Customer-Paid Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Trackable and insured shipping is recommended, as PassonPerformance.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned under any circumstances, including:

Installed, used, modified, or damaged parts

Clearance or closeout items

Any item not in original packaging or missing components

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the item arrives at our facility.

The 15% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the return is denied due to condition issues, the item can be returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item:

Contact us to request an RMA Number and confirm product availability.

Returned items must meet the same new, sellable condition requirements listed above.

Once your return is received and approved, the replacement item will be shipped.

Price differences, shipping charges, and any applicable fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
For faster service, you may choose to purchase the replacement item first and receive a refund for the returned item once processed.
